Guaymas and San Carlos twin cities of fishing and fun
Here are two cities that complement each other. Guaymas is an older city that has more of an industrial complex. On the other hand San Carlos is more tourist oriented. The main highway is built along the beach and on holidays comes alive..
Fishing is one of the main industries and, as you can see, there are some big ones. Puerto Peņasco with its shallow waters has very few fish of this size. Here they are plentiful and worth the one and one half hour trip to enjoy.
Cabo San Lucas and cruise ship Ambiance
Here you can see cruise ships anchored at sunset. This is a different world few Americans drive this distance so most arrive by cruise ship or airplane.
Fishing in the morning. Lunch at the Gazebo or a fine restaurant and return to Peņasco for dinner. A day to remember or decide to spend a couple more.
